Janji Melayu...


Hey y'allz!!! As usual, my blog dah pon bunyi cricket and jengkerik segala because too many things were going on and therefore, ter-miss updates all the stuff.

Anyhoo, last weekend main event was actually going to JB to so-called "confront" my card vendor which is Marina Cards Design at Level 5, at Plaza Angsana JB. I am so sorry to say this as part of my customer feedback review but BTB[s] PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR CARDS FROM HERE!!!!! DO NOT ENGAGE THEM OKAY?!! Initially, we wanted to get a different vendor which is in JB too but their printer rosak...al-kisah. So, logically, we thought that this shop looks promising and tengok cards yang dah siap and waiting for collection pon suma orang Singapore punya.



Seriously, they do make me wanna smack them right in the face!!!!!!

And, this shop, they demanded 50% deposit from customers before they will give you a draft or layout.

The problem, I shall list it down here:

#1 Problem: DELAY IN GIVING US ARTWORK OR DRAFT LAYOUT

Promised time was one week from the date of order. We made an order and have given 50% deposit to the company on 14th September BUT we only received our draft layout on the 23rd October!! Tak ke musibot tu namanya!!! We have countlessly called. messaged.email sampai agaknya Gmail pon boleh meletop but it was NEVER replied!!!! And when we received the layout,,the second problem arrives...

#2 Problem: WRONG NAMES/WRONG LAYOUT....WRONG IN EVERYTHING!!!

The funny thing was that, we have already wrote our name CLEARLY in the invoice and have written and DRAW OUT the layout that we want but the stupid monkeys at the production site still can get it wrong.

For my card, instead of my name with Beau..they go and placed my name with my Father-in-law's name!! Takkan aku nak kahwing ngan Bapak mertua sendiri kan???? And terang-terang in the invoice dah tulis my name and Beau's so HOW CAN IT BE WRONG????? Org kat production site suma BUTA KEDARAH KAPER??? Kalau tak nampak pakai teropong la siot!!!!


Not only that, our initials at the front page was also wrong. The layout and front cover page for Beau is also wrong. Instead of a picture of a tuxedo, Beau's card front cover page was a wedding gown. Seriously guys, korang better check mata korang ah!!! Ni baca pakai mata ke pakai bontot pon aku da tak tahu?!!!!!

And not to mention, all the many other errors which I do not want to write down because it will just make my blood boils to the next 1000 Fahrenheit. After seeing all the errors, me and my In-laws decided to make a trip to the shop just so to make sure they have received the email and clear up all the errors with them. Which brings us to the Problem No. 3 everybodeh!!

#3 Problem: STILL WRONG INITIALS + SEND WRONG PERSON'S LAYOUT

Alamak!! Tak tahu ah apa nak cakap kat orang company macam gini. Ni conferm perkerja suma BINGAI SELENGA KAYU BODOH NAK MAMPOS PUNYA!!!! I am so frustrated that they email us the layout so late plus now, for Beau's card, they confused it with another person la pulak!!! So, they have again make the mistake of sending another person's layout la pulak.

#4 Problem: NOT ONCE THIS IDIOTS APOLOGISE

When we reach the shop, the customer service officers conveniently say they do not know anything and they just dial the Boss's number on the phone and pass the phone to me. And when I talk to the Boss, she can actually ask me why I cant reach her if i call her numerous times?!!! HOW THE HELL I KNOW IDIOT?!!! Kau yang taknak angkat talipon and tak reply ALL MY EMAILS and NOW YOU ASK ME A DUMB QUESTION.

Which brings me to ONE simple logic: DUMB BOSS = DUMBER WORKERS

And I guess, that probably just maybe it's my luck to be dealing with dumbasses like this for both my engagement and wedding although both are different vendors. All I can say Do not believe in their janji melayu. Always Batam Time. Always Over promised and Under Deliver.

Oh well, I guess that any time soon around this week or the next, I am going to just take back my deposit which I HOPE THEY WILL RETURN and tak perangai macam penyangak rempit kat negeri diorang!!!

    me too having problem with this vendor. we paid the 50% deposit ( tak agak2 but service really sucks) on early september 2013. they say they will antar draft in 1 months time but i dont received any email from them pon. call tak angkat and some of the numbers stated in the card not in used. late october received a overseas call and you know what she salah call and ckp card dah siap rupenye salah call. from there my fiance shoot her why she dont even bother to reply to my email, call and messages. 1 week later i received a email from her and she ask me what is my receipt number and i emailed her back cakap 'hey when on the phone you know who i am and i gave you my name and receipt number and you said you will email us asap and you still asked me what is my receipt number?!" and yes draft banyak sangat errors. keep emailing her the details and point the mistakes and still can"t bother to check betol2 before sending it to me. early november she said can collect on 21 st November which is on friday but we came on 23rd november (3rd trip going there) and guessed what card belum siap alasan printer rosak. darah menyerap and i asked the staff " she told me to collect on 21st nov and now its 23rd november anyone of you dont bother to call us and msg us. then one of the staff cakap oh kite dah msg tadi pagi and my mum checked her hp dia baru sent few mins ago! the staff promise us card should be ready 26 november. so me and my dad took leave yesterday and guessed what card tkde and i was already pissed before sampai sane cos i tried to call kak marina aot of times tak angkat and she keep rejecting my call. when her staff call boleh dia angkat and she told her staff dont keep calling her and handle and solve to customer sendiri. i was damned f pissed and i call her alot of times when kat kedai and she off her hp! seriously kesian dengan worker dia. few min later her staff tried to call her and she angkat her blardy phone and she said maybe card sampai mlm tapi tak pasti pukul berape and the staff ask her pukul berape kak? takkan saye kene tunggu sampai mlm if kakak tak pasti pukul berape? kol 10pm or 11pm tak boleh pasal saya jalan kaki balik tau kak and kedai semua dah tutup, takkan customer nak tgu. " so we asked we want back our 50% refund dia cakap tak boleh. and si marina tu sampai kan dia punye staff collect today but petang but not so sure what time. grrrrr....

    so my mom decided taknak byr the balance full amounts since she wasted our time, transport, hjourney, hp bills, our leave. the worker cannot do anything since marina hardly come down to her shop.

      Sad to know that we both are in the same "naseb kentang" geng with this Marina Cards. sigh...

      FYI, I just collected my cards last weekend and we demand a compensation fees from them because they all promised to siapkan around hari raya haji period. Kambing, lembu suma da sembelih...our cards still tak timbol2 jugak.

      The owner are actually siblings and their names are Zetty and Hakim not Marina as what we initially thought and as usual the workers got scolded by the Boss, bacause they passed the hp to us so that we could talk to her. Dia kalau boleh "siam", memang dia nak "siam" and let the workers handle the frontline shit.

      We also talk to Hakim, who is the Boss punya adek and he actually mentioned that if we go kedai cina, we wouldnt get the price like their shop offers and I was like..might as well I pay more rather than being served with this kind of shitty services.

      And their shop has NO OFFICE PHONE! I pity the staff who have to use their own phone under personal expenses lagi to help us call the boss. That is why I shoot to Zetty and say, kalau kasi satu ratus nombor tapi satu yang tak pakai pon buat per?...sigh

      Anyways, thanks for your comments Babe, and please do demand for compensation from them. Do not let them go just like that. For me, I keep shooting them emails every other hour everyday...macam orang takde keje gitu la pulak kan..hahahaha...But seriously 50% deposit is A LOT, get your money back no matter what...
